AI Product Strategy Analyst

Your Mission: 

The AI Product Strategy Analyst plays a key role in identifying, shaping, and advancing AI initiatives that align with company strategy and deliver measurable business impact. In this position, you will support the definition and execution of AI-enabled products, features, and services across Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. You should have a strong grasp of data analytics, AI/ML concepts, product strategy, and business operations, along with the ability to translate complex opportunities into actionable roadmaps. You will collaborate with technical experts, business leaders, and external partners to evaluate potential AI use cases, help shape business cases, and shepherd initiatives through prioritization & execution.  

How You'll Make an Impact: 

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can create business value (e.g., customer experience, operations, distribution, marketing, decision support). 

• Evaluate AI use cases using data analysis, feasibility assessment, and business impact modeling to guide prioritization. 

• Build and maintain AI product roadmaps, ensuring initiatives align with company strategy and deliver tangible results. 

• Translate strategic priorities into clear requirements, use cases, and success criteria for AI initiatives. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, engineering, product management, operations, and business leaders) to shape potential solutions. 

• Monitor and report on AI product performance, adoption, and ROI post-launch. 

• Build a model to measure organization impact through AI initiatives 

• Stay current on AI trends, tools, and industry applications 

• Contribute to go-to-market and change management plans to ensure successful adoption of AI capabilities. 

• Consolidate data, insights, and stakeholder input into actionable recommendations for leadership. 

Who You Are: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data science, or related field; master’s preferred. 

• Two or more years of experience in product strategy, data analytics, or AI/ML-related roles. 

• Understanding  of AI/ML concepts, product lifecycle, and how AI solutions can be operationalized in business contexts. 

• Proven ability to evaluate opportunities using both business and technical lenses (impact, feasibility, risk). 

• Experience collaborating in Agile environments and supporting end-to-end delivery of digital or AI solutions. 

• Strong data analysis skills and ability to connect insights to strategic recommendations. 

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical AI concepts to business stakeholders and business value to technical teams. 

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

• Ability to build relationships across technical and business teams, internal and external.
