Building and growing Plan A has been only possible thanks to our ever-expanding team across Europe.</p><p>We're looking for a Senior Sustainability Solutions Manager to join our Sustainability Solutions department.  If our mission is aligned with your values and personal goals, we want to get to know you!</p><p>Your Impact:</p><ul> <li>Coordinate the internal subject matter communication between the Sustainability Solutions (SuSo) department and Plan A’s Sales and Customer Success teams regarding the feasibility, timeline and effort required to provide clients with custom services </li> <li>Understand the technical expertise and priorities of the Sustainability Solutions team, and Plan A’s current product and service roadmap to create alignment between client needs and the delivery of respective product and service offers</li> <li>Be the primary point of contact for the Sales and Customer Success teams on topics related to emissions management, including carbon accounting, decarbonisation and ESG reporting</li> <li>Manage requests from our Sales and Customer Success teams, and where additional subject matter expertise is required, including the preparation of RFPs, coordinate SME input from the SuSo team </li> <li>Join our Sales and Customer Success teams in technical client calls, on an as-needed basis</li> <li>Ensure the Sales and Customer Success teams stay abreast with subject matter developments that regard Plan A’s product and service offers</li> <li>Act as a voice of the Sustainability Solutions Team to ensure product and service delivery to clients are aligned with the team's expertise and workload</li> <li>Ensure market feedback from our customers is looped back to the Sustainability Solutions Team</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with trends in emissions management and ESG policy</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Extensive experience in a similar role or a consulting role</li> <li>Experience in working in a software-as-a-service company</li> <li>Solid understanding of carbon accounting and emissions management, as well as ESG reporting principles with a strong willingness to further develop domain expertise</li> <li>Ability to communicate subject matter expertise to non-technical audiences - mostly in the context of the feasibility, time and effort required to support clients with needs not currently covered by our software or client services</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in solution scoping to support our Sales team deliver customised solutions to our clients</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment</li> <li>Team player mentality with an empathetic approach towards coworkers and customers who values cooperation over competition </li> <li>Fluency in English at a proficient business level is a must for this position. </li> </ul><h3>What makes you stand out (optional)</h3><ul><li>Fluency in German, French or additional languages is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3>What to expect from Plan A</h3><ul> <li>We establish and maintain internal mechanisms ensuring salary fairness and equity across gender and seniority levels.</li> <li>Employee Stock Options (VSOP)</li> <li>We support you with <em>“MyPlan A”</em>, your personalised career journey, in hitting your professional development goals and your vision for life.</li> <li>Discounts and benefits via the Plan A Corporate Benefits Platform</li> <li>Access to online learning platforms (e.g. Masterclass, Master Plan) and online magazines (e.g. Sifted)</li> <li>Monthly team activities, company on- and offsite, and weekly team in-person gatherings on a Friday evening</li> <li>Flexibility to work remotely, in-office, or a bit of both</li> <li>28 vacation days per year, 30 days working-from-anywhere, plus annual educational leave and sabbatical leave</li> <li>Contribution to a bigger purpose!
