The associate program manager assists in planning, coordinating and executing programs within the Monroe Carell Jr Children's Hospital Advanced Practice Departments. Responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding advanced practice providers, maintaining calendars for scheduling and setting up meetings, managing Workday for licensure and certifications, ordering supplies, and other administrative support within the department..
We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to join our growing team! This individual will work under the supervision of our Program Manager to help support our Advanced Practice Provider Group at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt.
Department Summary
Monroe Carell is one of the nation's leading children's hospitals, and the largest in the Southeast. We are ranked nationally in 10 specialties, offer the highest-level NICU and emergency care, and partner with experts across Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Our pioneering research and innovation in pediatric health care bring the latest treatments to our hospital and 22 regional and affiliated clinics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides support for the creation, coordination and execution of the program.
• Assists in budgetary management for the program(s).
