Junior Legal Support

Role Summary:

As Junior Legal Support you will support legal department in all daily activities.

We want you to:

• Analyze legal compliance with company procedures
• Ensure compliance with antitrust regulations
• Manage litigation involving customers
• Handle dealers’ insolvency and pre-insolvency proceedings
• Maintain relationships with the dealers’ network
• Draft and review contracts and agreements for various business functions
• Provide legal assistance on antitrust matters and Legislative Decree 231
• Provide legal assistance on bankruptcy law
• Support pre-litigation management, litigation, and insolvency proceedings in coordination with external law firms
• Assist with legal reporting activities

About you:

 

• University Degree (Law)
• 1-2 years’ experience in related position
• Fluent english speaker
• Market understanding
