Ford Lincoln Dealership in SLO is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:

As an Automotive Sales Representative with expertise in handling internet leads, you will be crucial in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers both in-person and online, guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchase process, and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Effectively negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, financing options, and industry trends to provide customers with up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, leads, and follow-up activities.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with internet lead management systems and CRM tools.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing an exceptional buying experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
