Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a Data & AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. 

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI projects and manage a team of professionals.
• Support the planning and execution of data migration and integration initiatives.
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Work closely with data engineers and scientists to build and enhance machine learning models.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of AI-driven applications and services.
• Test and validate algorithms and models to ensure accuracy and optimal performance.
• Document findings and effectively communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and advancements in data science and AI.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in AI-related projects.
• Strong understanding of programming principles and data structures.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python.
• Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Generative AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock) or Computer Vision.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data manipulation and visualization libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. 
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. 
• Understanding of data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering. 
• Snowflake experience

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $100,000 – $160,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
