MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Technology Project Management Task Lead to join our CASTLE-NET Program team. This is a remote position.
Be a part of an agile team to provide innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the client’s vision of engineering solutions for the Nation’s toughest challenges.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee and manage the execution of large-scale federal projects within USACE IT.
Ensure alignment with client goals and adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Comprehensive planning, coordination, and implementation of project activities, including resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring.
Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.

Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
Deliver world-class IT services and responsive, dependable customer support.
Exceed the expectations of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 IT end-users.
Deliver vital solutions and strengthen the IT foundation with secure, innovative, and modernized technological solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, an Associate degree +2 years relevant experience, or 4+ years relevant experience is acceptable
8+ years of project management experience in a federal contracting environment with experience in Agile methodologies and infrastructure engineering projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification
Familiarity with the USACE IT environment, regulatory requirements, and data security best practices are preferred.
