Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. 

Duties

  • Process accounts and record transactions in accordance with Government and Departmental financial, procedures and relevant legislation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Reconcile creditors' statements and follow-up issues as required.
  • Respond to enquiries from debtors, creditors and departmental officers relating to processing of transactions.
  • Filing of manual and electronic financial records.
  • Assist Senior Finance Officers to deliver day- to- day tasks as required.
  • Any other duties as directed by the Coordinator Accounting Operations.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with Finance One System.
