SYNERGY HomeCare offers CNAs, HCAs & NARs:

• Competitive pay between $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Pay is dependent upon the client's level of care)
• Travel time & mileage reimbursement

As a CNA/ HCA/ NAR with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

CNA/ HCA/ NAR Benefits include:

•  100% Mileage reimbursement ($0.67/mile)
•  100% Reimbursement for client parking costs
•  100% Reimbursement for CPR/ First Aid Certification ($100)
•  100% Paid by employer Continuing Education. ($150)
•  100% Paid by the employer for Nurse Delegation Certification (after 1 year of employment)
