Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Sales Representative to join our dynamic call center team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly punctual, self-managed, and driven to succeed and grow within our company. While knowledge of locksmith tools, hardware, and security products is a plus, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Proactively solicit new accounts through outbound telemarketing efforts.
• Handle 20–30 inbound customer calls daily and maintain a high volume of outbound calls.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by identifying their needs and offering tailored product solutions.
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Exceed individual and team sales goals, contributing to overall company success.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services when appropriate.
• Deliver outstanding service in all customer interactions, representing the company with professionalism.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete other duties as needed.
• Embody and promote the company’s core values in all aspects of work.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of capturing new customers.
• Must be familiar with Excel and Word
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual

Shift Time: Monday - Friday from 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
