Charter Oak Health Center has exciting opportunities in our Urgent Care Department for Advanced Practice Nurses or Nurse Practitioners with Family Practice experience. -Shifts with PREMIUM PAY of $100 per hour available Saturday and Sunday evenings.

-Nights and Weekend shifts available at competitive pay.

• Monday-Thursday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm 
• Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Sunday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm

Requirements

Professional Experience/Educational:

• Registered Nurse in the State of CT, with Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• Two years’ experience in Urgent Care setting preferred.
• Must have experience providing care to children and  adolescents beginning at age 1 and up.

Certification/Licensure:

• Board Certification as an APRN
• Current Nurse Practitioner certification in Family Practice 
• Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS); CPR certified
