• Must be able to help a patient transfer, assist with ADLs, take vital signs, properly report concerns to nursing support team, light house cleaning and cooking, as well as other common nursing aide duties.
• Ability to provide basic care to patients, including assist with daily activities such as personal care, light cooking and cleaning, changing bed linens, arranging appointments.
• Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests
• Communicate concerns to support team when assistance is necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work 2 or more 12 hour shifts per week
• Ability to travel to patient’s home location
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stretch, reach
• Ability to lift, assist and maneuver patients, as needed
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
• Ability to demonstrate dedication and patience
• Ability to think critically
• Must remain alert and observant
• Valid driver's license and transportation
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
• Patients live valley-wide: primarily Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Fountain Hills

GOOD TO HAVE

• C.N.A. (Certified Nursing Assistant) or PCT (Personal Care Technician) experience is preferred but not required.
• We also accept applications from non-CNAs that are in medical school to become a doctor or nursing school, as well as companions, certified caregivers, patient care technicians (P.C.T.), home health aides (HHAs H.H.A.) with relevant experience.

   Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
