Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive leadership to refine and drive strategic initiatives across the company.

• Innovate and implement robust systems and processes to streamline operations and solve complex organizational challenges.

• Translate strategic vision into operational reality, ensuring the execution of projects aligns with Near’s objectives.

• Manage key cross-functional projects and initiatives, fostering collaboration and driving efficiencies.
