The Role: RN Site Visit Nurse (IHSS Program)We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RN to support clients on the Medicaid In-Home Support Services (IHSS) program. Your role will include:

• Conducting brief (approx. 1 hour) home visits
• Reviewing and updating client care plans
• Assessing caregiver performance and task proficiency
• Completing a few standardized documentation forms

Training will be provided to ensure you're confident and compliant in your assessments.Ideal Candidate Has:

• Current Colorado RN License
• At least 2 years of RN experience (any setting)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication & documentation skills
• Familiarity with IHSS is a plus (but not required)
