We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in managing client relationships, preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks and lead follow-ups

• Coordinate and schedule client meetings and calls

• Prepare presentations, reports, and sales documents

• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system

• Support sales campaigns and initiatives

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product information

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus
