Your Role:<br />
<br />
Providing warm and friendly customer service<br />
Safely removing junk from homes &amp; businesses, working alongside your teammates<br />
Working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth service and customer<br />
satisfaction<br />
Troubleshooting concerns with patience and professionalism, creating stress-free solutions<br />
for customers<br />
Participating in junk removal—lifting items, safely removing them from homes and businesses<br />
(Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day)<br />
Driving our trucks to deliver service efficiently (Driver’s must be 21+ years of age with a<br />
clean, valid driver’s license for 3+ years- for insurance purposes)<br />

Pay &amp; Benefits:<br />

Competitive pay &amp; performance-based incentives $17-$19/HR average all in pay (with<br />
cash/credit tips) plus the opportunity for monthly profit share bonuses<br />
