A qualified candidate must possess the following: Experience in, OR a combination of experience and education which provides the knowledge of the goals, principles, methods, and techniques of recreation programs and an understanding of the interests of individuals or groups. OR Completion of the requirements for a bachelor's degree with major study in outdoor recreation and parks; recreation management; youth, public, urban or community recreation; or special population recreation is qualifying experience. Highly preferred candidates will be referred to management first. In addition to meeting the above qualifications, highly preferred is defined as also meeting the criteria listed below: Highly Preferred: Experience operating a multi-passenger vehicle. **Highly preferred experience must be clearly stated in resume to be qualified as highly preferred.
