How will you make an impact?
As Deputy Manager of the European Cartier Client Relations Centre, you will manage, develop and engage with a team of Team Leaders. You will ensure their teams of Ambassadors deliver high performance and excellent quality of service through established values and customer service.
Moreover, you will play a key role in developing the CRC into a relational hub by fostering close collaboration with our retail and the markets to continuously improve the partnership between CRC and our boutiques. Your participation in transversal projects will allow you to effectively represent the voice of the CRC.
Driving performance and leveraging the CRC experience will be another important aspect of your role. This will involve actively monitoring CRC KPIs, providing regular reporting of activities to the management, assessing staffing needs, and supporting the creation of an environment of continuous improvement. By doing so, you will ensure that all Client Relations goals are not only met but also exceeded.
In this position you will work closely with our CRC operations Manager, Ecom Operations Manager and L&D manager.
How will you experience success with us?
Seeing this opportunity as a long-term career with us, you are fluent in English and a good level of French would be a plus, along with excellent communication skills. You have approximately 5 years of professional work experience in an international environment in customer service management and in Retail.
The ability to work in a complex environment is essential, and you have a proven track record of creating and maintaining positive relationships, even with teams or individuals outside of your direct control. Your leadership and management skills have been proven, and you possess a strong knowledge in areas such as retail, customer service, continuous improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, employee motivation, and decision-making.
As a client-centric and people-oriented manager, you prioritize the satisfaction of customers, the development of your team and ensure a fully integrated collaboration with our retail networks. Additionally, you have a solid understanding of customer satisfaction strategies and operational experience efficiency with workforce management (WFM).
