Job Description

• In our inside sales team, you will be in daily contact with our customers to manage their inquiries and strengthen customer relationships to develop and grow our European Laboratory Business
• You will be mainly responsible for customer requests, thereby you will identify the needs of the customer and explain our services or solutions to them
• Working closely with our operational laboratory units, you will drive the quoting process and create customized proposals
• You will ensure a structured quote follow-up to get a positive conclusion
• You will promote Eurofins at scientific conferences as part of the commercial operations team
• In addition, you will support our sales team with sponsor visits

Qualifications

• A university degree in natural sciences or related
• Knowledge in analytical chemistry would be an advantage but is not mandatory
• Experience working in matrix organizations would be an advantage and ideally also with external customers
• Pro-activity by looking for solutions and you like a high variety in your daily business
• Fluent English as well as good computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Excel)
