PRN/Contract RN Rehabilitation Hospital (12 hour AM/PM shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.

Qualifications:

We have a variety of RN openings available and are excited about matching you with a great opportunity! Take a look at the requirements below, to see what you'll need to get started.

• Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the state of Arizona
• 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in the last 3 years in a supervised setting
• Current CPR card (live demonstration only)
• Negative TB/PPD or chest x-ray within the last 12 months
• Proof of current physical completed within the last the last 12 months
• Fingerprint clearance card
• Immunization records
• Med surge / rehab experience needed (minimum of 1 year)
