About the role:

A Boutique Salesperson is responsible for greeting customers as they enter the store and advising them on products available in-store.

Requirements

• Demonstrating a pleasant and positive professional image at all times
• Providing attentive and personalized service, demonstrating anticipation in the fulfillment of the customer’s needs and requests
• Providing tailored advice on outfits, colors, styles, and fabrics that will complement the client's preferences, style, and body type, as well as the occasion they're dressing for
• Working towards sales maximization and profit for the company

• Updating knowledge with current fashion trends and principles
• Providing targeted recommendations and alternatives for clients
• Responsible for the inventory of the store

Skills & expertise:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of English, as well as any additional languages will be an advantage

• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• Negotiation and excellent Communication skills
• Pleasant personality, client oriented
