We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee the responsibilities of our food service department at our beautiful senior community. The ideal candidate will have administration, leadership and chef experience to ensure the highest quality of food service is provided to our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the food service department

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies

- Develop and maintain menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents

- Train and supervise food service staff

- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service management

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

- Chef experience is a plus
