Why the Role Is Important:  

The role of the Financial Services Lending Consulting Manager is pivotal in driving innovation, enhancing customer experiences, supporting business growth, and navigating complexities within the lending industry landscape.  

 

  Once You Are Here, You Will:  

• Support client engagements for Financial Services clients 

• Lead multiple medium to large project(s) or a single highly complex project. 

• Define and implement project and program management standards and processes within NTT DATA and across client engagements. 

• Leverage and share your deep understanding of the Financial Services industry and related subject areas. 

• Handle diverse issues and lead projects that contribute to the company’s success. 

• Instruct, direct, and check the work of other employees. 

• Coach, motivate, and guide employees. 

• Utilize best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance. 

• Build relationships with clients to improve services and ensure service levels are being met. 

• Identify opportunities and lead the conversation for the new and expansion on the existing businesses. 

 

Required Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field 

• 8+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry as a project manager or business analyst where you delivered projects utilizing formalized Agile and/or waterfall methodologies 

• 2+ years of experience in a Management Consulting firm (Big 4 preferred) that required daily customer engagement and delivery excellence to complete client projects. 
   

Preferred Skills:  

• MBA 

• Global cross-functional team working experience 

• Product configuration and design knowledge
