Essential job functions:

• Customer Service, and Order Entry
• Work with Operations Managers to create a schedule which results in efficient machine utilization in concert with production run schedule.  (Interact with General Manager Production Operations)
• Receives and enters all Purchase Orders from customers in IQMS system.  Orders may be received by fax, mail, verbally, or EDI.
• Creates Work Orders, per customer requests and requirements.
• Ensures that runs are prioritized for on-time delivery, raw material is available as schedules are created.
• Creates estimates for customers and requotes on existing piece price and short production runs.  Understands profit policies of the company and implements same in quoting activities.
• Monitors current part inventory.
• Coordinates production tool retrievals and paperwork
• Customer RFQ Management
• Maintain portal sales requests
• Create spot buy purchase orders
• Maintain resin price changes & cost models

Cross-functional:

• Creation and maintenance of Production Run Books.
• Submission of NAFTA as required by customers.
• Building and maintaining BOMs

Training and Work experience preferred:

• 4 to 10 years of business school, vocation education, or work experience, preferably in an injection molding industry.
• High school diploma or GED
