The Project Manager will play a meaningful role in leading and running various talent acquisition initiatives and projects to support the Talent Acquisition Deployment team and strategic objectives - this includes support with demand planning, forecasts, data updates, gap analysis in areas such as global process & ways of working, systems & technology, employer branding, resource requests & capability uplift requirements for the teams in these countries.
As a Project Manager, you will develop and deliver actions plans along with implementing solutions to close the gaps. The aim of this role will be to align the countries to global standards to provide hiring manager and candidates with a consistent level of service/experience.
Typical Accountabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and results.
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with overall talent acquisition strategy.
Provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders.
Identifying and tracking continuous improvement initiatives.
Enables cross-functional sharing of business improvement ideas by ensuring adequate systems and processes for recording data in a centrally accessible manner.
Oversees specialised research/insights to deliver new proposals, and amalgamates findings so they can be used to underpin new business initiatives.
Support the implementation of globally agreed Business Improvement strategies including process and technology related to the function.
Crucial requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience as a project manager, preferably in talent acquisition or human resources.
Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder leadership skills.
Experience in project management tools and techniques.
English and Portuguese - C1 level (min).
