We are seeking a dynamic Retail Excellence Performance Senior Manager to drive in-store performance and productivity across our franchise retail network. Based in Minneapolis, this is a high-impact individual contributor role that works closely with sales teams and franchise partners to deliver data-driven insights, commercial strategies, and innovative performance tools. The mission of this role is to maximize retail sales and efficiency by leveraging analytics and best practices, leveraging on Data and BI Tools to ensure Sales and Franchise Owners can meet and exceed their KPIs and growth targets.
To excel, you should bring strong analytical skills (expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel), a sharp commercial mindset, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. You are a strategic thinker who can influence across functions and cultures, and you thrive on innovation – experience with AI-powered analytics or performance tools is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales performance and in-store productivity while managing key business and franchisee KPIs.
- Monitor and report on store performance trends versus budget and forecast, providing actionable insights to sales leadership and franchisees.
- Analyze conversion rates, customer appointments, foot traffic, and other productivity metrics to pinpoint growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Partner with Sales teams to develop monthly initiatives and long-term action plans aimed at improving sales, conversion, and overall store performance.
- Lead the rollout of new performance tools and processes – from pilot phase to full business-as-usual integration – ensuring they effectively improve productivity and sales outcomes.
- Drive franchisee adoption of new tools and performance improvement projects, aligning these initiatives with company goals and ensuring franchise partner buy-in.
- Ensure the implementation and follow-through of global/regional KPIs, training programs, and retail best practices. Track compliance and effectiveness of these standards, and share successful practices across the network.
Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or retail/franchise performance management roles, preferably in a multi-unit or franchise environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI. Ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated commercial mindset and project management capabilities. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools or innovative retail technologies is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work arrangement, working 2-3 days/week in the office
- Travel is required, approximately 10%-20%
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $120k-$140k plus incentive potential.
