To strengthen our marketing and events team, we are looking for an Event & Production Manager to lead the execution of our key projects, with a primary focus on large-scale experiential events, brand activations, and trade events.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Event & Production Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile consumer events, brand activations, trade shows, and networking forums.

This role is hands-on, requiring expertise in event production, supplier coordination, logistics, and project execution. You will work closely with the Account Director, clients, creative teams, and production partners to ensure that every event is strategic, seamless, and impactful.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of local and international event suppliers, large-scale event logistics, and trade event management, as well as experience in budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and onsite event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Event Production & Execution

• Lead the planning, execution, and logistics of large-scale consumer events, brand activations, and trade shows.
• Oversee event design, venue selection, technical production, speaker management, and branding integration.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest production standards.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop event concepts that align with strategic objectives and client needs.
• Manage onsite event setup, supplier coordination, technical elements, and production teams, ensuring flawless execution.
• Supervise set-up and breakdown teams, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Trade Events & Conference Management

• Plan and manage B2B conferences, industry trade events, and networking forums, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate speaker logistics, panel discussions, and conference program development.
• Oversee exhibition stand design, trade fair coordination, and sponsorship activations.
• Work with marketing teams to develop conference branding, promotional materials, and audience engagement strategies.

Supplier & Vendor Coordination

• Build and maintain relationships with event production companies, technical vendors, and trade show suppliers.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and manage procurement for AV, staging, lighting, catering, branding, and event materials.
• Source and coordinate local and international suppliers, ensuring best value and service quality.
• Ensure logistical excellence, managing permits, venue requirements, and transportation coordination.

Budget & Financial Oversight

• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost tracking and financial transparency.
