Overview
Now hiring a Sales Coordinator
Teams with assigned Account Executive and provides in-house assistance and support for new sales rating and installation processes. Serves as secondary source of contact for Brokers, prospects and employer groups. Responsible for timely submission of reports, proposal requests and new groups to meet department and corporate goals. Responsible for website/DART as it relates to Sales. Accountable for the coordination and preparation of new group RFP responses and assisting with the facilitation between internal departments to meet proposal deadlines. Responsible for developing relationships with Broker administrative support to ensure maximum information obtained for risk assessment and Broker loyalty

Qualifications
PLEASE NOTE: This Position Requires New Mexico State Health and HMO License required or obtained within 90 days of hire. CANDIDATES WHO ARE SELECTED FOR THE POSITION MUST SIGN AN AGREEMENT TO OBTAIN THIS CREDENTIAL
Responsibilities
- Provides sales support to Account Executives.
- Reviews, distributes, facilitates and prepares RFP responses.
- Obtains RFP response information from appropriate internal departments in a timely manner.
- Prepares small group RFQ s
- Contacts Broker/prospects/clients for additional or missing information tracking for follow through.
- Maintains proposal response database and responsible for pre-sale tracking.
- Prepares proposal and rates.
- Prepares Sold Case paperwork
- Reviews risk assessment paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Reviews new group submission paperwork for completeness.
- Distributes new group paperwork.
- Responsible for website/DART content updates
- Performs database data entry.
- Create and distribute Sales Reports
- Assists Brokers/prospects/clients on the phone and with walk-ins
- Prepares/Orders packets (sales, enrollment, etc.)
- Prepares/maintains files (prospect, account, etc.)
- Presents and communicates effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Assist with post-sale enrollment meetings.
- Maintains positive relations with Brokers/prospects/clients.
- Educate Broker administrative support on products, services and Presbyterian processes.
- Maintains compliance with Presbyterian and regulatory guidelines and standards.
