Target Range:

$70,000.00 /Yr. - $80,000.00 /Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos IT Operations & Special Projects Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day operations. You should have a broad knowledge of company operations, be organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to ensure successful execution of tasks.

This position is on-site and located at our HQ in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates and executes on strategies to optimize IT infrastructure and enhance system performance. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address operational needs
• Performs assigned operational assessments to identify improvement opportunities, quantify projected impact, launch and implement projects and/or solutions. Identifies and quantify baseline performance, projected benefits, and actual results using data and metrics
• Work with senior IT leadership to support the delivery of specified strategic initiatives
• Reviews IT development performance and management reporting for issues, investigates root cause, and provides recommendations to resolve. Follows up on deliverables and assignments across the departments to ensure timely resolution
• Researches, analyses and manages various reporting duties that include executive level management, team performance, and software development
• Performs assigned operational assessments to identify improvement opportunities. Quantifies projected impacts
• Operates and assists in potential applicability and impact of new vendors and technology. Supports administrative functions, including budget analysis, presentation and report creation, etc.
• Works on special projects as determined by VP, IT Operations & Special Projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (~7 years)
• 3+ years' experience in operations/project execution
• 1+ year's experience working in a software development environment
• General understanding of budgets, invoicing, and cost management
