Brown & Brown Insurance has an exciting opportunity available for a Regional Trainer for our team.

The Regional Trainer is accountable for the design, development, and implementation of accessible and personalized F&I learning solutions. The individual in this role will work closely with internal stakeholders, teams, and subject matter experts to train and deliver updated processes and technology to a dealership

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Deliver training programs to agents, and partners through a variety of methods, such as classroom training, webinars, and workshops.

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to participants during training sessions.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve training delivery methods to enhance participant learning outcomes.

  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling training sessions, managing registrations, and ensuring training resources are available.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.

  • Provide mentorship to peers and partners across the organization.

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Dealer Technology

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Minimum of five (5) years automotive Service Department experience

  • Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter

  • Maintains minimum acceptable insurance coverages as outlined by the Driving For Business policy

  • Ability to learn from experience and apply that learning to perform successfully under new or first-time conditions.

  • Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy under direction from the BBDS Training Director

  • Ability to travel extensively

PREFFERED

  • Associate and/or Bachelor’s Degree

  • Professional training in education or training and/or five years' experience as a trainer.

  • Ten (10) years automotive Service Department experience

  • Five (5) years in a dealership management position with verifiable references for management skills
