We are looking for a <b>seasoned multitalented Designer</b> to join the ride in creating solutions to make things easy and efficient for our customers and employees.</p><h2></h2><h2>You and your job</h2><p>As a designer in the domain of Business Lending domain, <span>you will be working</span> on the digital transformation of a loan application process for our small and large clients in the Dutch market. <span>Your main task will be to conceptualize, design and improve journeys for our business platforms. </span></p><p>You understand the needs and expectations of our bankers and clients, and you are responsible for the creation of design concepts which are used in the complex financial workflows of a loan application process.</p><p></p><h2>In a nutshell, you will...</h2><ul><li><p>Drive the strategic direction for the loan applications; research the user and usage – but also visualise, create, and iterate design concepts that help guide the product teams.</p></li><li><p>You are comfortable in the fuzzy front-end of the design process and enjoy the complexity of defining the design tasks with the stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>You are a teambuilder, you strive to bring people together and stabilize a design team.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><span>Your responsibilities  </span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Work together with PO’s, BA’s and developers to translate business requirements into innovative concepts. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Improve new and existing workflows and help us build scalable products. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Apply the Rabobank design system during concept development and design new components to extend our library.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure a development process and a high-quality outcome. </span></p></li><li><p>Work together with <span>other designers and</span> be responsible for all steps in the design process. If necessary, you involve other designers and specialists to help you with this.</p></li><li><p>You see the challenge in working with complex user interfaces and you are both a structured strategic thinker and a creator of pixel-perfect designs. </p></li></ul><p></p><h2><span>Your talent </span></h2><p><span>We are looking for a multi-talented senior designer who can use creativity, problem-solving and communication skills to handle the complex context of a bank.  </span></p><ul><li><p><span>You have 10+ years of experience in UX design and confidently take responsibility and ownership of design <span>projects.  </span></span></p></li><li><p><span>You have experience leading a design team and coach junior designers. You enjoy bringing positive energy and a stabilizing factor to a team.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>You are comfortable working </span>with a large stakeholder field including architects, process managers, product owners and business analysts across financing journeys. Y<span>ou can manage these different perspectives and <span>interests.  </span></span></p></li><li><p><span>You are fluent with design and prototyping tools like Figma, and familiar with ideation and user research methods.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>You are familiar with user journeys and system maps and can build the bridge between the identified pain points and concrete digital solutions.</span></p></li><li><p>You gain energy working on complex products with possible technical challenge.</p></li><li><p>You can <span>communicate professionally in English.
