THE JOB:

Join the team at Noodles Restaurant located at Bellagio, where authentic regional noodle dishes from across Asia create a dining experience full flavor! As a Food Server, you’ll take center stage by providing seamless service, taking and delivering orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining pristine tables, and processing checks with care. You’ll also contribute behind the scenes by performing side work and keeping your station spotless. Be part of the food & beverage team that keeps our guests coming back for more!

THE STARTING RATE: $14.1037 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages

• Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach

• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations

• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 3 years of Food & Beverage experience at full-service dining establishment

• Face-to-face guest service experience

• Ability to carry large tray in addition to free carry dishes

• Experience in an Asian restaurant is preferred

• Bilingual in Chinese, Mandarin, or Cantonese is preferred

• Experience in similar resort setting

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
