Sr. AI Product Manager (Digital)

Qualifications:

 

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field required. 

 

Work Experience 

• 7–10+ years of product management experience, ideally within consulting or enterprise environments. 

• Proven experience delivering AI, ML, or data-driven solutions, from strategy through implementation. 

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and working directly with VP/C-suite stakeholders. 

• Experience managing product lifecycles across varying stages (discovery, MVP, scaling, optimization). 

 

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data pipelines, model lifecycle, and associated applications. 

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies and requirements. 

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills. 

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting client needs.

 

Travel Requirements: Travel as needed to prospective clients and client locations up to 30%.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
