Job Description:

Summary

Act as a liaison/Product Owner Delegate between business stakeholders and delivery teams, systematically gathering and documenting requirements/user stories to ensure alignment with business needs and successful project

What you’ll do

• Develop (code), test, and provide ongoing application support for new or existing software applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.

• Software Development: Code and test new software applications to meet business requirements and user needs.

• Application Maintenance and Performance Optimization: Maintain and update existing applications to fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with new technologies.

• Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements/user stories, creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

• Quality Assurance and Technical Support: Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

• Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, managing development projects and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

What you’ll bring

• Ability to deconstruct end-to-end processes into atomic tasks suitable for AI intervention.

• Experience crafting clear, concise, and targeted communication strategies

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management approaches

• Experience defining and tracking KPIs for change management and AI adoption

• Understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, especially agentic AI (AI systems capable of autonomous action).

• Ability to influence without authority and resolve conflicts diplomatically

• Proven team player, able to work cross-functionally

• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science.

• 3+ years of related experience.

• Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Tech Business Analysis, earns between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
