Description

This position is responsible for the disposal of condemned product and for recording the amount that is condemned.  The Condemn Hauler retrieves barrels from various locations throughout Evisceration.  Each barrel contains product that was condemned for a specific reason.  Using a dolly the barrels are carried to a scale to be weighed and then the product is dumped into a drain to Offal.  A Lot Number is given to each Grower’s birds and the weight and reason for condemning any parts from the birds is recorded on a log sheet.  As birds arrive from a different Grower a new Lot Number is started.  The Condemn Hauler also retrieves any DOA’s from the Live Hang Area and records the number of DOA’s for each Grower Lot.  The Condemn Hauler must be able to read and write in English.  The temperature is 45 to 50 degrees.  The Condemn Hauler will be required to walk, stand, lift and bend for 8-10 hours.  All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.  Must have at least 3 months seniority.

Esta posicion es responsable de despojar del producto condenado y de apuntar la cantidad que es condenada.  El tranportador de lo condenado retira barriles de varias areas en evisceracion.  Cada barril contiene producto que a sido condenado por una especifica razon.  Usando un diablito los barriles son llevados a la balanza para ser pesados y despues el producto es vaciado a un drenaje a Offal.  Un numero de lote es dado a cada cultivador de pollo y el peso y la razon por condenar cualquier parte de los pollos es apuntado en una pagina de anotacion.  Cada vez que pollos llega de un diferente cultivador un nuevo numero de lote es comensado.  El transportador de lo condenado tambien retira DOA’s de la area donde cuelgan pollo vivo y apunta el numero de DOA’s para cada lote de cultivar.  El transportador de lo condenado debe poder leer y escribir Ingles.  La temperatura es de 45 a 50 grados.  El transportador de lo conenado estara requerido, caminar, estar parado, le vantando y doblandose por 8-10 horas.  Otras responabilidades seran asignadas por el Supervisor.  Tiene que tener por lo menos 3 mese de senioria.
