We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support the marketing department in the execution of campaigns, coordination of events, and preparation of materials. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions

• Coordinate marketing projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables

• Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and reports

• Maintain and update internal marketing databases and systems

• Assist with event planning and trade show coordination

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with basic marketing principles and campaign tracking

• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
