Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive engagement.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Content Management:

• Utilize Adobe Experience Manager CMS, GTM – Google Tag Manager, Trust Arc. (Secondary) to manage and optimize website content, ensuring it is engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with marketing goals. Knowledge of Ektron is good to have.
• Implement Coveo for advanced search solutions, improving user experience and accessibility of information.

Web Development:

• Leverage JAVA as full stack (primary) along with ASP and .NET (secondary) skills to develop, customize, and maintain web applications and marketing tools.
• Ensure the integration of web applications with other platforms and technologies to streamline marketing processes.

Azure CDN Management:

• Utilize Azure CDN to manage and distribute content efficiently, ensuring quick access to files and data.
• Optimize content delivery to improve website performance and user experience.

Integration & IT Infrastructure Management:

• Manage and execute integrations with Salesforce via MuleSoft, ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Basic understanding of Server Architecture and Service Side GTM implementation.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
• Provide training and support to team members on using digital marketing tools and platforms.
