The GXT (Growth Experience Technologies) organization specifically uses new and innovative ways to improve our customer's experience and interactions with our products. In this role you will partner with other hardworking Engineers for our OTT app monetization portfolio. The problems you will solve are around designing and developing critical software focused on app billing integrations, enabling customers to purchase OTT streaming content through our platforms and instantly impacting millions of customers with every deployment. You will work together within a diverse and cross-functional group to build simple and easy customer experiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with project partners to identify product and technical requirements.
• Designs and develops new software and features. Assists in software deployments that impact millions of users.
• Keeps current with technology and maintains best practices within the industry.
• Provides technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. Serves as a mentor to junior level engineers.
• Collaborates within a multi-functional environment to ensure software is delivered on time and within budget.
• Works with QA engineers to ensure proper test coverage and software quality.
• Experienced in Agile methodologies, concepts, and practices.
• Consistently exercises independent judgment and completes tasks with limited supervision.
• Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
• Manages other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $151,103.34 - $226,655.01
