Fabletics is looking for an Executive Strategy Associate (Sr. Manager), Product Creation.

How Do You Fit In?

Located in Los Angeles, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Strategy Associate (Sr. Manager) to work 1-on-1 with key members of our Product Creation leadership team as their right hand; accountable for executing strategic projects and initiatives that transform and grow our business. This role is a fast-track position created to develop Fabletics’ future leaders!

This position will report to the Chief Merchandising & Design Officer - Fabletics.

What you will do:

• Work directly 1-on-1 with the Product Creation leadership team of Fabletics
• Drive execution and value-addition across multiple areas of the business, including Design, Merchandising, Planning, and Production
• Provide analytical rigor to drive and shape strategic discussions through project management, additional research & analysis
• Lead and support projects across multiple teams in/outside of Product Creation functional areas to ensure alignment and execution
• Apply 80/20 mentality to execute and manage key initiatives and projects 
• Provide analytical support and project management for a variety of organizational initiatives
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis
• Lead operational projects to optimize processes, organizational efficiency and decisions
• Provide strategic and analytical support for Fabletics long-term growth strategy and communication support for telling its growth story
• Create and curate content for strategic initiatives, conferences and meetings
• Document deliverables and provide project management support
• Develop materials for C-Suite level discussions and cross-functional business initiatives, such as quarterly strategic off-sites and partner programs
• Support SVP and functional leaders on orchestrating team communications and team-health initiatives

What you can bring:

• 2 to 4 years prior experience as a management consultant (pre-MBA preferred)
• Agile and execution focused mindset
• Demonstrated ability to think critically
• Exceptional analytical skills with ROI mentality and attention to detail
• Strong intellectual curiosity with entrepreneurial approach and good business judgment
• Strong communication abilities to articulate logical thinking and reduce complex concepts into simple explanations
• Proven ability to multi-task and balance multiple project priorities
• Ability to drive ideas from concept to completion through superior organizational, project management skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest
• Professional and approachable style with high degree of personal integrity
• Willing to roll-up sleeves and do whatever it takes to get to the best answer and win as a team
• Knowledge and passion for fashion
• Pre-MBA (preferred); open to Post-MBA

The annual base salary range for this position is from $105,300-$135,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
