Fire Support Systems Course Manager/Analyst/Instructor - MISTC West (Contingent)

Contingent upon contract award.

First Division Consulting is hiring a Course Manager/Analyst/Instructor to deliver specialized training on Fire Support Systems while managing course content and structure.

The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

• Develop and manage Fire Support Systems course materials.
• Conduct training sessions and evaluate trainee performance.
• Ensure all course materials are updated to meet Marine Corps standards.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance is Required.
• Expertise in Fire Support Systems and military training.
• Course management experience preferred.
• Must be a US citizen.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
