In addition, we define customer requirements to ensure that MED-EL products are continuously aligned with user needs and market demands.<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>Your Tasks<p></p><p></p>Responsibility for the development of product packaging and demo materials for MED EL hearing solutions, as well as lifecycle management of the entire portfolio<p></p><p></p>Develop design strategies, concepts and prototypes to create an outstanding first-use-experience and clearly communicate product benefits<p></p><p></p>Act as owner and project lead for demo material development<p></p><p></p>Create compelling unboxing experiences; manage packaging projects end to end while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, product safety standards, and timelines<p></p><p></p>Work closely with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to enable customer-centric product design<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>Your Profile<p></p><p></p>Bachelor?s degree or higher (University, FH) and hands-on experience in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related fields with strong practical focus<p></p><p></p>Customer-focused and open-minded personality with excellent communication skills and a proactive working style<p></p><p></p>Experience in product and project management, user-centric design, product development and launch activities is an advantage<p></p><p></p>Interest in agile methodologies and design thinking approaches; advanced Microsoft Office skills<p></p><p></p>Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken<p></p><p></p>Further information about MED-EL can be found https://www.medel.com/about-medel.<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>Permanent full-time post 38,5 hours per week, flexible working time model with core working hours, details will be discussed in a personal interview.<p></p><p></p>Want to join a company that helps bring the joy of sound to people with hearing loss?
