About this opportunity

With the goal to simplify our integration landscape, increase reusability, and speed up time to market, we are rolling out a new strategic API management platform at Nordea. This is a unique opportunity for you to play key role to drive the delivery of a new platform and transform the bank by enabling applications across the organization to integrate and share data through APIs. You will be responsible for the project financials, reports, running the scrum, and leading a team of analysts and engineers in collaboration with the product owner and stakeholders

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with the product owner to deliver on our API Platform vision and roadmap
• Producing a delivery plan with schedules and milestones
• Engaging with stakeholders to ensure agile value delivery 
• Managing the project financials, resource allocation, and reports
• Driving a team of engineers to continuously improve and self-organize 
• Ensuring the scrum process is smooth and transparent 
• Managing risks, dependencies and impediments 
• Collaborating with other cross functional teams in the organization
• Working with the team to orchestrate releases and deployments
• Ensuring that delivery is transitioned and moved to BAU timely 
• Adheres with Nordea delivery guide practices and ensures delivery of mandatory artefacts where relevant

The role is based in Gdańsk; Helsinki; Stockholm; Warszawa and we offer a hybrid working setup.

Your experience and background: 

• 5+ years’ experience as a project manager and scrum master in technical projects
• Experience in agile frameworks proven by successful track record 
• Experience of stakeholder's engagement management  
• Superior facilitation and coaching skills
