BMW of Latham is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Assistant to join our Sales team. This position plays an important role in ensuring our vehicle inventory is accurately maintained, well-presented, and ready for our customers.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation ranges from $18–$22 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in and inspect new and pre-owned vehicle inventory upon arrival
• Ensure vehicles are properly stocked, organized, and displayed on the lot
• Install stock numbers, license plate frames, and other dealership materials
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with inventory audits
• Coordinate vehicle movement between departments as needed
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of inventory vehicles
• Assist the Sales Managers with daily operational tasks
• Support the Sales Department with miscellaneous projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
