This is a hybrid position that requires 1-2 days a week in Los Angeles. Candidates must be local to Southern California.
The pay range for this position is between $157,440 - $174,940 annually.

Summary
Responsible for:
- Oversight of the daily operations of Whole Person Care services.
- Ensuring the quality and effectiveness of all Child/Family, Adult, Transition Aged Youth, Enhanced Care Management, Residential and Substance Use Divisions, as well as Intake services.
- Ensuring all administrative and clinical operations perform at optimum capacity in order to maximize client access and progress.
- Participating as a member of the senior management team to formulate and implement policies and plans to meet objectives related to clinical services.
Primary Duties
Management
- Manages daily operations of Whole Person Care services, responding to crises and systematically monitoring services, resources, and proper management.
- Assists the Senior VP, Whole Person Care in the hiring, orientation, evaluation, training and supervision of Division Directors, each of whom manage clinical programs.
- Mentors/trains Division Directors to develop individual plans that focus on program effectiveness and management skills.
- Performs managerial duties including interviewing applicants for employment; assigning and reviewing progress of assignments; managing performance and recommending salary increases; and developing higher levels of expertise in staff members by encouraging further education, participation in seminars and providing learning opportunities within the Agency. Engages in equitable practices throughout the entire lifecycle of staff.
- Delegates decision-making and responsibility to the appropriate level, providing the necessary information and direction.
- Monitors operational reports and dashboards, inclusive of those pertaining to quality and client service expectations, and regularly reports findings to supervisor.
- Ensures resources and systems are in place to support the training and continuous learning of staff.
- Collaborates on initiatives and in meetings where a clinical perspective is needed.
- Utilizes agency climate survey to guide tailored quality improvement plans by program.
- Monitors agency personnel resources, in terms of satisfaction, volume, and skillset in order to maximize quality care. Regularly shares updates on personnel matters and changes to supervisor.
- Participates in managing initiatives/projects related to client services, ensuring follow through after roll-outs and training.
- Fosters an environment of equity, inclusion and belonging, as well as respect for diverse perspectives.
Financial/Resource Management
- Oversight of grants that are implemented within programs.
- Assists Division Directors in developing and monitoring compliance with annual budgets.
- Monitors staff and program service expectations and maintains responsibility for performance.
- Ensures that program staff efficiently utilize financial resources while maintaining commitment to quality service when requesting and purchasing program equipment and supplies.
