The Data Coordinator serves as the primary technical support for the Wharton MBA Program Office's institutional data needs, directly supporting the Director of Academic Operations in managing critical data functions. This role is responsible for statistical analysis, reporting, and database management to support course management, program planning, degree auditing, and survey administration.

Job Description

A key function of this role is ensuring efficient data operations for the MBA Program Office while collaborating with Wharton Computing and the Graduate Division Data Science team to enhance and maintain the platforms used for academic operations. The Data Coordinator will oversee data integrity, process automation, and system improvements to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the MBA Program Office. Additionally, this role will work with Admissions, Student Life, Career Management, External Affairs, Academic Departments, and the University Registrar to manage institutional data
