• Permanent Full Time | $27.88 p.h + super + shift penalties

About the role

MSS Security is seeking dedicated Security Officers to maintain a strong security presence while staying vigilant and focused. As a Rapid Response Relief Officer, you will be responsible for quickly addressing and managing any unusual situations, always being the first to respond when needed.

You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, while building strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.

The shifts being offered are to work on a rotating roster, across multiple sites within Sydney CBD - across a large portfolio of high-profile client sites.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Concierge / commercial building security

• Conduct foot patrols internal and external

• Ability to work in multiple sites

• Access control and monitor CCTV

• Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries

• Direct and escort visitors to site

• Visitor sign in/induction and maintain key registers and issue keys

Skills and Experience:

• Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate

• Current NSW Security licence

• NV1 Clearance or ability to obtain one

• Dedication, reliability and a commitment to security

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High standards of presentation and grooming

• High level computer literacy skills

• The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment

• Integrity and sound judgment
