As a Salesforce Administrator II, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support business operations and drive innovation. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to design scalable solutions, maintain data quality, and implement automation that improves efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts to meet evolving business needs.
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions while troubleshooting access issues.
Ensure data integrity through audits, deduplication, and validation rules; perform imports/exports using tools like Data Loader.
Implement and maintain security measures, including field-level security and sharing rules.
Build and optimize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Design and deploy process automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes to reduce manual work.
Support release management activities, including sandbox refreshes, testing, and deployment coordination.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
Bonus Points if You Have
Advanced Salesforce certifications beyond ADM-211.
Experience with ECS or related platforms.
Experience in Lieu of Education
Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements at the hiring manager’s discretion.
