What is the Opportunity?
The Regulatory Change and Content Management Senior Analyst is responsible for conducting the U.S. Compliance Regulatory Change and Content Management processes, consistent with established Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Management (“RCM”) Regulatory Change Management Control Standard.
What will you do?
Participate in the Regulatory Change and Regulatory Content processes.
Support the development and management of a U.S.-wide Regulatory Change and Content Management governance process.
Support any organization of meetings, process, and communications associated with regulatory change in the U.S., where needed.
Monitor process effectuating accountability for open action plans and impact assessments. Escalate challenges and deficiencies as needed.
Complete reporting around regulatory developments as necessary. Apply entrepreneurial approach for continuous improvement and efficiency.
Liaise between the U.S. Business Segment Compliance stakeholders and the Enterprise Regulatory Content and Change Team for, among others, implementing strategic enhancements to systems and processes and addressing inquiries.
Stay informed about industry developments and trends with respect to regulatory change.
Support the development and management of a process to connect regulatory change and content updates into the compliance risk assessment process, as well as other downstream processes as appropriate.
What do you need to succeed?
3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry in Compliance, Legal Department or at a financial institutions regulator
Experience with operating in a highly matrixed environment
Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively to generate solutions
Ability to work with data (including data presentation, trending and analysis)
Ability to manage heavy workload and strong prioritization judgement
Familiarity with FINRA, SEC, MSRB, FRBNY and OCC rules and regulations and expectations
Proficient in MS Office tools
Excellent communication, influencing and presentations skills
Strategic thinking and ability to understand overall compliance risk management framework
Ability to connect the dots and understand the interconnectivity and interdependency between regulatory change/content and other compliance risk management framework elements
Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively to generate solutions
Strong project management and organizational skills, with a high degree of attention to detail
Ability to work with data (including data presentation, trending and analysis)
Nice-to-have:
Experience with project management
Knowledge of US Regulatory landscape and key regulations applicable to Banking, Investment Management and Broker Dealer businesses
Experience with Regulatory Technology platforms such as Archer, CUBE or Compliance.ai

The expected salary range for this particular position is $80,000-$135,000 (New Jersey), depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
