CPFR Sr Analyst

The CPFR Sr Analyst is passionate about providing leadership and building positive relationships with our customers, the customer development team and cross-functional supply and demand teams. This position is responsible for maintaining and managing the demand plan for the retail environment, providing long term planning strategies, and collaborating with our CBS team (Order to Invoice, SNP and Logistics), Transportation, Warehousing and several other functions.

The individual will drive supply chain activities focusing on meeting customer goals, understanding data trends to support planning, and innovating current processes to increase customer teamwork through analytics development.  This role will need to build strong relationships by providing robust analytical skills, communication skills  and leadership skills to leverage both internal and external data to improve customer satisfaction, best in class service and aligned demand plans.

Main Responsibilities: 

  1. Manage the customer retail environment forecast and demand plan

    • Provide and maintain the internal plans by using internal and customer data (Order projections, inventory levels, etc) to make the right decisions to support the short and long term commercial plans

    • Work cross-functionally to provide insightful data strategic metrics (Demand plan accuracy, inventory levels, in-stock metrics, case fill, on-time, etc.)

    • Leads all strategic forecasting conversations and provides proactive communication around S&D challenges to our cross-functional partners.

    • Leverages all customer order and inventory data to create the best demand plan with a 12-month rolling horizon
       

  2. Coordinates and support the execution and tactical cross-functional meetings to deliver customer results

    • Builds positive relationships with our customer and improves data to facilitate information sharing and continuous improvement to ensure maximum effectiveness on forecasting and inventory management initiatives

    • Leads all customer facing communication, including supply risks, potential disruptions and continuous improvement projects and initiatives to support customer and consumer needs.

    • Ensures takeaways are captured throughout analysis and leverages lessons learned from prior initiatives to optimize results

    • Supports new item transitions, in/outs, promotional vehicles and item changes to ensure there’s minimal SLOB, and no impact to in-stock at the customer level across all thr
