Financial Planning Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Independently process, reconcile and/or balance for the assigned product in an accurate, timely and compliant manner.
Collaborate with appropriate internal and external business partners to research and resolve issues, troubleshoot and provide seamless service.
Identify process improvements and partner with appropriate resources to implement solutions.
Utilize various computer applications to provide operational processing information and take action as appropriate.
Participate in various team or department project requests, as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Note: Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be combined to meet the minimum qualifications.
Background in operations, processing, or customer service.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research and resolve issues.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet accuracy standards in high-volume processing.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to understand and communicate complex issues clearly.
Experience with specific products or within the financial services industry.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $43,500 - $58,800. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
